Founder & Head Coach
Raeanna Johnson is a Wisconsin native and proud graduate of UW-La Crosse, where she earned degrees in Organizational and Professional Communication Studies and Women and Gender Studies. A former pageant competitor, she proudly held the title of Miss Wisconsin in 2011 and 2014, and placed as 4th runner-up in Miss Wisconsin USA 2016.
With a passion for personal development, Raeanna launched Fearlessly Authentic Coaching in 2020, empowering women to build the mindset and communication skills they need to succeed—both in pageantry and beyond. As a dedicated mental health advocate, she finds immense joy in helping her clients break through limiting beliefs and thrive.
Beyond coaching and podcasting, Raeanna shares life with her husband, AJ, and their two lovable pups, Gunnar and Gracie, in Milwaukee, WI. She’s a lover of all things self-care and glam, an adventure-seeker who enjoys kayaking and traveling, and a wine enthusiast who never says no to a good tasting. Whether she’s shopping, soaking up time with loved ones, or chasing new opportunities for growth, Raeanna believes in embracing life with authenticity, purpose, and a fearless heart.
